Let’s start the day right. Before I begin, I want to say that I’m not a doctor or a nutritionist — I can only share what’s worked for me personally.
In the morning, I start my day with good water. When I say “good,” I mean spring water with half a lemon and a pinch of quality sea salt. You can add other ingredients to make this even better, but this simple mix is where I started — and it absolutely worked for me. I hope it works for you, too.
For me, this routine helped reduce visceral fat — the kind of fat that forms around the stomach area, from just below the chest down toward the groin. It’s a stubborn place where fat loves to gather. With consistency, I went from a 3X shirt size down to a 2X. I still have a little way to go, but the progress feels great.
To boost results, try adding some of these to your morning routine:
A good turmeric supplement (not the seasoning)
A tablespoon of cold-pressed olive oil
A shot of apple cider vinegar
A bit of ginger and cinnamon
Creatine (for those over 50, it can help maintain muscle mass as we age)
Drink your water at room temperature. If you use apple cider vinegar, sip it through a straw to protect your teeth. I recommend doing this outside in the morning sun — and if you can, stand barefoot on the dirt or grass for about 20 minutes to ground yourself. It might sound unusual, but it truly worked for me.
Some people notice results in as little as seven days, but give it 30 and see what happens. After you finish your drink, don’t eat anything for at least 90 minutes. You may start feeling lighter and more energized — and if you don’t, no harm done. It’s still far better for you than soda or even coffee first thing in the morning.
That said, if you do enjoy coffee, try adding a little grass-fed butter for a smoother energy boost and better focus.
That’s all I have to say for now — next time, I’ll be talking about fasting and how it ties in with natural healing.
Peace and good health to you all!
